Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Lolipop ("Lolipop", "the Service"), operated by Yummy, MB. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The service

Lolipop reads data from your connected sources — Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads — and generates audits and reports to help you operate your store. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

2. Your account

You must have legitimate access to the data sources you connect and authority to grant Lolipop the requested OAuth scopes on the accounts you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed through our billing provider. Fees, trial length, and plan inclusions are shown at checkout. For Shopify merchants who installed Lolipop via the Shopify App Store, billing is handled by Shopify's managed billing system per Shopify's terms.

Lolipop uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate reports. Generated reports are based on your data but are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular decision. Use them as a starting point, not a replacement for your own judgment.

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages happen. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

7. Termination

You can disconnect any data source at any time. On disconnect we stop processing data from that source. Shopify merchants can uninstall the Shopify app from their Shopify admin; we delete shop data per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate the Service for any account that violates these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lolipop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we change them materially, we'll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
